“independent research had recommended modi bodi for no/low PFAS levels. I was looking to replace pants that turned out to have high levels of PFAS (purchased from a competitor a few years ago). Friends had already bought from modi bodi. I bought the light color as an experiment, expecting external stains around the gusset eventually, they haven't had that issue, they wash well, as absorbent as my other pants I no longer use due to PFAS. And I can wear lighter trousers now as all my previous period pants were dark. Soft, good fit, comfy, don't feel overly padded or thick or sweaty
