“I’ve been wanting to try out period underwear for a while now, and had to go with Modibodi because of how great the reviews were. Not only were the pair I purchased super cute in the lime green with the lace trim, but so incredibly comfortable. I was worried that they would feel bulky, but that wasn’t an issue at all. Also, wearing them for 8 hours I thought I would have an issue with odour (which I experience with pads in 3 hours). However, even after wearing them all day on day 2 of my period I had no issues with leaks, odour, discomfort, or feeling damp at all. I’m fact, I was half convinced I wasn’t even on my period until I went back to normal underwear and a pad for the night. If anyone is thinking of giving them a go, I would 100% go for it. They’re pretty enough and comfortable enough to wear even when you’re not in your period too.”
“I really like how these underwear fit and keep me dry, but the issue is the padded support is only on the typical crotch area and not high enough in the front or back to catch any leaks when you may be sitting or lying down. There may be another version that does this but I guess I ordered the wrong type. I do really love the way these underwear look and feel on me though.”
We're so sorry to hear that these were not quite suitable for you Samantha! Our Heavy-Overnight absorbency has a gusset that extends all the way at the back to the waistband and also extends a few cms higher at the front. Perhaps this will be more suitable for you? :)
