“Bought a few pairs to try as keen to do my bit to reduce waste. These are fantastic! I bought 2 pairs for lighter days & 2 pairs for heavier days. Both worked exceptionally well and felt so much more relaxed on my period as I wasn’t worried about leaks. “The underwear is very well made, using lovely soft materials. I actually purchased them to use for horse riding, to save having to wear a pad all the time and they would have been perfect but for the absorbent part not quite reaching far enough up the back and creating a seem, just where you would be sitting. However, as they are not actually designed for this, I can not really grumble. A different style, would have been pretty much perfect.”
“I tried the light-moderate pair for the first time yesterday and they leaked. I went for light-moderate as, being on the pill, my periods are fairly light so I thought they would be fine. I put them on at 9am and noticed the outside of the knickers were damp with blood around the sides at about 5pm. I still think the knickers are a great alternative to tampons/pads but you say these knickers are supposed to absorb 2 tampons worth; however, I usually wear 1 regular tampon for about 8 hours before needing to change it as my periods aren’t that heavy so I certainly don’t agree they absorb what they’re marketed to.
This being said, I will continue trying the knickers to see if I get on with them. It may be that they’re only suitable for the last couple days of my period.”
“I've just bought a pair of Sensual Hi-Waist Bikini panties, and I love the fit and feel of them. My only criticism would be that they feel a quite hot and bulky on a very hot day and by 7pm I was longing to take them off. Other than that, I love them and will be buying more.”
