“The absorbent pad area comes up the front and back decently that I can take comfort however I like to sleep. It is worth noting that the front comes up about halfway, not to the top of the waistband, which is how the back is. I actually sleep better with these pants compared to if I had a pad on. I’ve not had a single leak in the night, or had to rush to the bathroom as soon as I woke up. Far comfier than pads or tampons, no rash or pain. Wish I found these much earlier, especially as a teenager.”
