I have very heavy periods and would only recommend for lighter days and not moderate. Unlike other the brand I use the stitching around the gusset is absorbent rather than resistant, this means when the liquid reaches towards the edge it gets absorbed here too and then can leave a line when it’s near capacity, even though the middle still can hold more. This is unfortunate, but I would still say these are my absolute faves for lighter days.”
