“Big fan of the boyshort style, which is more modest and comfortable for self conscious tweens! Only reason have given four rather than five stars is the price, which is still hard to justify; there is certainly no cost saving argument c/w disposables as would take years to reach that parity, by which time the underwear would have been replaced anyway! It's a hugely expensive investment, but has been worth it on both environmental and convenience grounds. It feels like a much easier, simpler way for a young girl to manage her periods.”
“I bought these for my daughter as she started her periods this year (currently having a period every 2/3 weeks and is very heavy for 3 days) and hates all other period products. We have tried a few brands now and found that they often leak out the sides as she is still very sporty. These boyshort style are the only ones that haven’t leaked and she feels comfortable wearing them in any occasion.”

“My 12 year old daughter loves these. They are great for nighttime as there are no side leaks so she sleeps comfortably. She also likes them for school as they last all day.
She also has the bikini style but prefers these on the heavier days due to the extra coverage giving her the security they won't leak.”
