“Comfortable. I went up a size as other reviews mentioned they were tight around the thighs. Didn’t wear them on my heaviest night but they didn’t leak. Washed well but take a while to dry.

They are really comfortable to sleep in compared to sanitary pads.

The only negative I have is it's annoying to wash them as you have to wash them separately to other clothes if you normally use fabric conditioner.
After reading other reviews about them coming out the wash mishapen, I first put them on a rinse cycle with 0 spin, then on a delicates wash cycle with 0 spin.
They have washed up really well although without a spin they came out soaking wet so I had to leave them on a rack in the bath to drip dry, then put them on a rack on the radiator and they took about 3/4 days to dry.
I would like Modibodi to provide much clearer washing instructions to advise what is the maximum spin they would be safe on, especially as washing machines differ between brands on different delicate cycles.
Despite this as they were so comfortable I am really happy with my purchase and I will look to buy some more in the future.
If you're thinking of buying some; the reviews are so split and people seem to either love them or hate them I'd recommend just buying one pair to start off with and see how you get on.”
“I bought two pairs for my 22yr old daughter as her periods are very heavy and even with tampons and a sanitary towel she would more often than not leak through the night and I’ve lost count of the number of pants and bed sheets permanently stained in the process. The pants have been a god send and on her heaviest nights have given her the piece of mind to sleep through confident that there would be no leaks or ruined bedding the next day.”
“Bought these to sleep in and I was very pleased. They are extremely comfortable. Not sure they would cope with my heaviest of nights that happen every now and then, but so far so good. Sleep more soundly not having to worry about leaking out.”
