“Having had a baby 6 months ago my cycle has been a little less predictable and I found myself on super heavy period day on the flight out. This meant I had another 3 days of Aunt Flo at least. These allowed me to be by the pool, in the water and enjoying the sunshine with the family. Had to change them in the middle of the day but that’s no drama. Would 100% recommend, just not on crazy heavy day for more than an hour.”
