“My 11 year old daughter just recently started her period and as she swims competitively and trains 4 times a week. I was worrying about how we were going to juggle training and galas around periods. She was a definite NO for using tampons and her swim coach recommended these . They fit perfectly under her swim wear and give her the confidence to continue. My only criticism if any is that I wish there were available for heavy flow for complete peace of mind at present we are having to change mid session into another pair for complete confidence when she has a heavy flow and for when out the water a lot waiting for races.
