“Since being on lockdown, I decided I did not want to wear any tampons or pads, so I bought these as an alternative. They worked well for me on a moderately heavy day (I was able to wear them for nearly 8 hours without a leak!) but on a truly heavy day, I leaked through in about 3 hours. I usually have one really heavy day per cycle, so I've realized I'll still need to wear a tampon on those days. They work well every other day of my cycle though.
I've even been wearing them on non-period days sometimes too since they help keep me less sweaty exercising at home on these hot lockdown days! You can see the end of the padding a bit through my leggings, but since I'm at home, I don't care. I don't think I'd be comfortable wearing them out under leggings though.
My only real complaint is that they cut across my stomach awkwardly (giving me a muffin top) and the pantyline is very visible. However, I think a size up would be too big, so I think the cut just isn't the best for me.”
“I bought a selection of pants for each stage of my period - and I have to say they are all great! Wish I had bought them sooner. My periods are very heavy - usually meaning I need to change clothes through the day where I bleed through, and waking in the night only to have to change all the bed covers. I would use tampons and pads - and two pairs of pants at a time in an effort to keep everything in (and yes I changed them all regularly). My periods were miserable and stressful, all I wanted to do was stay in the house.
