“It is true that these pants do not run to size if you are expecting maternity fit (where you buy the size that you were before you were pregnant and the clothing accommodates the changes to your belly!) You do need to buy for the size that you ARE and follow the sizing charts. I bought large size (14) despite being an 8-10 prior to pregnancy. This was to take into account a huge amount of painful swelling to my belly area when I was two weeks post emergency c-section and I have say that they have been really helpful before for reducing the swelling and reducing pain in the area. Personally I would highly recommend them! As period pants they can also deal with any excess blood or discharge without having a wear an additional pad in literally skin tight pants!”
