“I ordered 2 pairs and accidentally got age 12 not size 12 of one pair as it wasn't clear. Returns appeared to be easy however £4 was taken off my refund for return postage, so beware, I thought it a bit harsh as I'd already paid to receive them. Unfortunately I won't be purchasing more for this reason. Customer service wasn't great.”
