“Any Wear Cream Brighten Up - It is VERY hard to find a skin-tone matte eyeshadow that is hypoallergenic. I use this shade as a base for my entire eyelid. I had never used eye cream before but this stuff is amazing! It stayed put all day...you do not need primer if you use this. I used my powder based shadow with it to contour and shade and it seemed like I needed a lot less of that. I'm on the site writing a review on my way to buy another shade :)”
