Was the product true to size?

“Purchased a pair of Aeronautica Militare sneakers which I had to return because they were too small The description on the web site advised that the fit was true to size but actually they were a very small fit which was later confirmed by the shop. Other than this the service is very good”

Was the product true to size?

“Im so sad, its my first order with u, order travking link doesnt show any details of delivery which is really not professional at all.. im disappointed. I paid delivery when i didnt know this will happen. U should not deal with those delivery companies, i order from other sites the order max takes 5 days to be delivered. Also its now like more than 10 days and i cant even know where is my item .”

Madam, we did chat about this over the phone, and you agreed you ordered economy service to Lebanon via Royal Mail with final delivery by Liban Post. Your order was posted on 1st December and finally delivered on time on 16th December.
