“I purchased the lego baseplate over generic because there are so many mixed reviews on the generic baseplates. The genuine lego baseplate I received has a warped corner so it does not lay flat. There is no way of knowing if it was a manufacture defect or someone dropped or bent it during the packing process. In retrospect I probably should have just taken a gamble and saved some money with the generics.”
