“It wasn't that the glue is bad , I buy this brand all the time. Long story short, I got a mislabeled bottle, both were resin. After a couple e-mails with customer service I was sent replacements. I buy a lot of stuff from these guy and the two times I've had a problem both were resolved quickly with no hassle.”

“I almost didn't order this epoxy because a reviewer here said that it cured soft. THAT IS NOT TRUE. When using the proper 50/50 ratio the epoxy will cure hard as a rock. Very happy with this epoxy and I will order more when I run out. I was using Great Planes 6 min. but this is just as good.”

“When I received this epoxy I noticed that the resin was crystalized and would not flow. Disappointed I called MRC but could not get through. Resorted to chat and explained my issue with the epoxy resin. They responded the next day telling me to put the resin in the microwave for a few seconds. When I did this the resin went from a solid state to liquid. It’s been two weeks now and the resin still flows and when mixed with hardener hardens as expected. I’ve used many epoxies in the past and never had this issue. Because of this issue I will not buy this brand again and give it only 2 stars.”
