“This double ended connector is a good product to have. It seems to be well constructed and it has connectors on both ends, so it really connects what it is supposed to connect!! And better yet, although it is advertised as 8 long, it is actually 9. The difference is that both end connectors (which are the same style) are roughly 1/2 long so you get a little more than what is specified as an 8 length. But the connector wire itself is actually 8 long. So if what you need to connect is actually 9 apart, you will have a perfect length. If what you need to connect is less than that distance, than you will have more than what you need. However, if what you need to connect is more than that distance, than you will not have enough length and you should purchase a longer connector. The three wires (that are located between the connectors) consist of three colors. They are - from left to right - brown, red and yellow. However, if you simply roll the connector over 180 degrees, than the wires would be - from left to right - yellow, red and brown. Please note that in either orientation, and no matter how hard I tried, the red wire stayed in the middle.I am using this connector in an aircraft. The aircraft is totally enclosed, so it will only be visible when the craft is open, but I believe that the connector will stay connected between the things that need to to be connected together. All in all, this connector - with all of its great features, will truly get you well connected!!!”
