“Great model. I was surprised that the hull is from fiberglass inside although in the description stays ABS. Definitely is from fiberglass !!! The superstructure is from ABS, but there are many metal details, like railings, mast (probably from metal too), antennaes etc. What I miss on this Bancroft boats is lightning. In this was it easy to built in. I used the spare lightning from Roban 800 helicopters which I don't use because it's weak for 800 size helis. But for this boats ideal with it's 3mm LEDs. The boat got nice number of details although I would prefer some more. But it's easy to do in this size of model. Model is easy to handle, easy to put in trunk. I added ca. 1kg of weight. It's necessary to put some weight also at the back between shafts to balance the boat nicely. I use the bigger 5000 mAh Admiral 2S battery, gives plenty of time to play. Overall I'm very happy with this boat, could be a little bit cheaper, but I understand that it got fiberglass hull and many metal details. So it's acceptable. In water she "glides" perfectly and got very good properties without unnecessary tilting. Drive is overpowered so she runs like a beast and cuts the water like the knife... :D Really great model, definitely worth to buy !!!”

“The ship is very well built, paying attention to detail and high quality. The electrical is basic, simple, and and to replace motors or ESC due to two reasons: 1.the positioning of the parts 2.plenty of interior workspace. Last, the oil/grease tubes that are installed are a definite plus, making it very simple to keep the shafts lubed. Excellent, well-built model.”

“Great ship and we'll built. Meets all our needs for a fun day on the water in the new RC Pool at the Astoria Oregon Maritime Museum on the Columbia River. Needs more detailed instructions for set up, plugging in and a detailed description for the controller controls (non-existent)”

“This was my first venture into RC anything having built model ships this is the direction chosen through my son I was introduced to Wesley Miller Having many questions about this RC venture we messaged each other many times and seeing I’m ex CG this is what was purchased His knowledge and patience was extremely a reason for purchasing from Motion RC as for the Boat I cannot say how excited I am to be the proud owner Still in the box I went to a RC Warships pond event on Saturday September 17 where a couple of members explained all the procedures necessary and helped fine tune my boat after launching and a quick sea trial by an experienced RC Person I was handed my controller after a few minutes cruising by myself and getting comfortable with my Boat I joined the rest of the fleet This Boat handled perfectly was balanced properly it’s really an impressive unit as a first time RC Boater This was the perfect Choice”

“Boat was great. Shipping department sucked as usual. I forgot don’ts order anything addition when buying planes and or boats. I ordered two other motors for another project. Shipping put those to big heavy motors in the box with the CC Cutter. Both motors came loose and destroyed the railing of Cutter. It took me 8 hours to painstakingly straighten and repaint rail. Be warned. This will happen again. It’s the second time it happen to me.”
