“The M5A1 was easy to assemble. There was one technical problem that I had to send it back for and got the tank back in a few days. There was a bent pin on a connector.
Out of the box and with charged batteries, the tank drove around great. The first test run was for about 30 minutes on a driveway.
I look forward to taking the M5A1 out to some open country.”

“Exactly as advertised, except that it is not "weathered". I ordered based on the images on the website that seemed to show it was not weathered, because I wanted to do that myself. It's also a lot of fun to operate!”

“Great tank. Good detail. Previously bought the un weathered version. However once side by side this tank didn't really show any weathering compared to the un weathered version. Works great out of the box. Just some simple set up. Charged battery first prior to testing this tank. Only 4 stars beacause of weathering.”

“Always one of my favorite tanks.
I ordered the weathered version. I recieved the unweathered version. The difference in price was not worth sending it back. I went on "Hobby Squawk" to see if anyone else had this issue, but no-one replied.
I have the needed paint and material to weather it myself.”
“Much better than I expected. Im glad someone decided to make a M5 Stuart. I always thought they were underrated in their role in the WWII efforts. The build quality of the model was excellent and for the price it had a lot of cool features like the lighted recoiling barrel and 360 degree turret. The only thing I wish was different is it run extremely fast compared to my other tanks even in reduced power mode. I can drive it with proportional control but my grandkids have a hard time keeping it under control. All in all a great well made model tank. I would not hesitate buying another Coolbank product.”
