“Ho acquistato un modello di aereo di Cobi per mettere alla prova questa marca che non conoscevo. Cominciamo dalla fine: dopo aver montato il modello, ho acquistato altre due scatole, poi ancora altre tre e ho appena ordinato la settima e l'ottava. Come dire, piena soddisfazione.Punti di forza: modelli interessanti, qualità ottima, il modello montato sembra proprio vero, piena compatibilità con altre marche, grande quantità di pezzi utilissimi che risultano inesistenti o sono rarissimi presso Lego. Un punto a mio avviso interessante: dello stesso aereo - ad esempio questo Junkers - esistono due scatole diverse: io ho comprato anche quello con le insegne svizzere. Normalmente i produttori creano un modello con un'insegna e quello rimane l'unico....Punti di debolezza: un'eccessiva "specializzazione" di alcuni pezzi (la coda dell'aereo la puoi usare solo come coda dell'aereo), l'uso di decalcomanie che coprono più pezzi (particolarmente nel modello del Concorde), la mancanza di istruzioni su dove piazzare le decalcomanie (nel Concorde ci è voluta molta fortuna, ma alla fine ce l'ho fatta).A mio avviso sono brutti i personaggi; non deformi come quelli della Lego, un po' più umani, ma comunque sproporzionati. Con tanto sforzo per fare modelli così realistici, bastava poco per fare un paio di piloti altrettanto realistici!Le istruzioni sono ben fatte, ma hanno un codice proprio, che va appreso. In ognuna delle sei scatole che ho montato sono arrivato alla fine con la sicurezza che mancava un pezzo. Invece, ripercorrendo passo passo, è saltato fuori che avevo fatto un errore. I pezzi c'erano sempre tutti (e anche un paio in più), in tutte e sei le scatole.Adesso le richieste:1) Alcune scatole non sono disponibili su Prime: mettetecele!2) Aggiungete anche qualche mezzo italiano: uno Sparviero, un Macchi, ad esempio.3) Cercate di sviluppare una linea di aviazione commerciale realistica: un B747, un ATR ecc. ecc.”

“Picked the Cobi Ju-52 up for my wife for Christmas. It’s one of her favorite planes. She built and flys the Nexa Ju-52. The blocks are very good quality and fit together very well. The instructions have very clear pictures with good detail. It’s very important to pay attention to the unique features of the blocks. All of the pieces are bagged and grouped by major step. Each step may require pieces from several bags and finding them is part of the puzzle solving challenge. Certainly adds to the fun of assembling one of these block sets.The model has plenty of detail and even has several operational features like control surfaces and doors. The completed model is pretty good sized and displays well. My wife had a lot of fun putting it together. In fact, she just ordered the B-17 Memphis Belle.”
