“The threads on my 1.2mm control rod do not fit the unthreaded plastic hole for the control rod. I can't use the provided female threaded metal adapter without cutting the length of the control rod, which would cut the threads off. I had to enlarge the plastic hole, insert a tiny straw, and force-thread the control rod into the straw.”
