“I installed this Controller into a jet using the servo connector. When power was apply the landing gear it was Yed into quit working. Testing revealed the + and - on Controller lead were shorted together. Might check the connector before using.”

“Overall, it does what it is supposed to do. I am using this in a _custom_ light setup on a PBY. Two things:1) The switchable light port is not reversible and uses a very specific range of signal (i.e. end points).2) It has 5v supplied to it via a BEC. The controller outputs 4.8v to each light port. Suppling this much voltage to the LEDs will burn them out in 20 minutes. Resistors need to be wired in to protect them in a custom setup.”
