“The original blue box from my Freewing T-33 had one dead side, ie the left wing had no function of aileron, flap or landing gear. I contacted Motion and the quickly sent me a replacement blue box. It is now all working fine.”

“I received my new OV-10 Bronco and when I started to connect the various function, the landing gear would not work for the right main gear. Found that the MFB was defective. Motion RC was fantastic and stood behind the prod 100% and sent a new MFB. The only problem was now the main taxi light would not work. The new MFB was defective also. Freewing quality for their electronics is very poor. I had to bypass the key functions because I was concerned about an in flight failure. DO NOT BUY THE MFB!!”

“Having to remove the wings for transport of my Avios 1450mm Spitfire, became a huge problem. 8 very short servo wires made it extremely difficult to plug and unplug in the very limited space. I ended up breaking a couple of wires. While searching for repairs, I remembered the wing connectors in my Freewing Corsair. I ordered up a spare muslti-function control box and easily adapted it to the Spitfire. Only slight Styrofoam modifications had to be done. I now have plenty of room to connect the wires, and only 2 plugs . Nice clean installation, and works perfectly. My only complaint-a wiring diagram of the controller would be nice, not a big deal. Thanks Motion.”

“Bought the F22 Raptor last summer at the end of the season, took our time setting up the plane. Dropped the gear so we could install the parts of the plane. put away for the winter and never had the chance to fly. Spring is here, pulled F22 out and gear does not go up! Called Motion R/C did some troubleshooting and determined the MCB-E was defective. Sorry, you bought the plane last year, no longer under warranty you have to buy a replacement! Really, trying to take our time to be sure everything was perfect and then winter came. I will reconsider buying another plane from Motion, disappointed in customer service with not replacing a defective part out of the box.”
