Snap Circuits Bric Structures Reviews

4.7 Rating 178 Reviews
Bought as a gift for our 12 year old son to use with his Legos. He loves it and wants more. Super easy for him to figure out. We did have to buy three AA batteries to use. The only complaint I can find is the sound of the music/alarm always sounds like it’s dying. Other than that the lights work fine. Will be purchasing more. Great for learning or just adding a neat feature to your LEGO buildings.

Makes snap circuits and legos work together. Our kiddo is loving the kit. It’s revived some of his LEGO sets.

My 11-year old son plays with snap circuits so I thought this would be a good add on set, plus he can use his own legos with it. We were disappointed with an L4 that doesn't work (not sure if the light was burnt out or if there was faulty wiring in it, but it never worked). It hardly seems worth returning the entire set just for one faulty piece, but it's also disappointing that a brand new toy doesn't have all working parts! Also, he is a little frustrated that some of the connections were loose and he couldn't get them to stay the way he wanted - although I could, it just depended on what was connected first. He made one circuit from the instructions and then built his own additions on to it. I hope he continues to play with this, it does seem like a pretty fun toy.

My 7 year old nephew really likes it. He and his dad are working away at the little projects. He likes that he can also use his other pieces of Lego to build. Cool product. Interactive. Makes them think and learn.

Bought this for my grandaughter who loves toys like this...Lego's etc...anything that uses imagination to build. The kit was well made and very fun to go through the different projects. It starts out simple building just a basic circuit using the batter pack, a switch and one LED. Then it adds a few more pieces each time, adding different LED's..or a tone generator etc until you get into some pretty complicated building projects. She has had a blast with it so far. Nice thing is that she does not have to follow just the projects but she can modify them or build her own circuits. One of the better presents we have bought over the years.
