“I got this for an 8 year old 2 years ago. At first he used it a lot, but then his interest declined. He still uses it occasionally, about once every month or two. It is good for about 2 hours of activity at one sitting. Overall a good buy. Most of the projects are too advanced for an 8 or 9 year old but they can still have fun if an adult helps a lot. This kit plus the Snap Circuits Sound kit makes a good combination.”
