Unfortunately, I had a loss of power/control and a subsequent crash due to a failure of solder joint with the T-connector. On examination it appeared as if the joint was not soldered at all. No solder or tinning was visible on the connector post. First time I have crashed due to a battery failure and hopefully the last. I usually solder all my own connectors. This time I trusted the provided connector on what is probably an otherwise very good battery and am now not confident in my other Admiral batteries.

As I wrote earlier, I love Admirals...all past and present purchases were in good order. But this 2200 would not charge for me.Comment from Motion RC: While bad Admiral batteries a extremely rare, nothing is ever 100% perfect. We stand behind everything we sell so please call or email Motion RC and we will not hesitate to make sure you are taken care of.

I bought two of these for my Trex 450 pro. I'm a EC3 guy so I cut the deans connector off and soldered EC3 connectors on. The lipo lead wires are plenty long if you want to do something like this. I'm impressed with the Admiral brand. I will buy more of these when the time comes.
