“I ordered and received a 2200 pro in December of 2016. Due to an illness, I didn't open it for 6 months, and when I did the battery wouldn't charge, got a low voltage reading out of the box. I contacted Motion RC and they replied I was past the warranty and due to the fact it sat for so long before trying to charge it, they were unable to replace it. I responded with an email explaining my reasons for believing they should replace it irregardless that it sat 6 months. I received another email from Motion RC quickly telling me, In the interest of keeping our customers happy, we will send you another battery. Regards. Motion RC. I was impressed with that, and indeed received a new one that has been working fine. Great bunch of guys... thank you..”
