“After purchasing my first one of these about a year and a half ago I decided to write a review having owned multiple of these and using them. I am not happy with these. I bought two of these for my freewing f86 80mm. The first one lasted about a year. The second one wouldnt hold a charge after like 5 months. I took the second one apart and transfered a cell into the first one because i didnt wanna loose it because these batteries are exspensive. (Especially for a 16 year old) that cell lasted maybe 5 flights before it started to go bad. I have been flying for a few years now and dont treat my batteries bad. I fly conservatively with short flights and store it in storage if its going to be more than a week between flying. But these just wouldnt last. They would both come out of the plane HOT. I thought 60c would be enough but maybe not or the batteries just arent what they say they are. Overall im not happy with these. Other people seem very happy with these. Maybe I had 2 from a bad batch. I dont know. They would come out hot, and wouldnt last. Wont be buying any more”
“This is the best lipo brand battery I have ever had, holds charge very well, staying cooler in all my aircraft's even in the high power demands, like the Carbon Z. longer Lasting. Had For over 11/2 years, lots of flights with no problems and store's well balances good, great product. Planning on getting them for all of my planes.”
“While somewhat pricier than other possible choices, this battery outputs 66 amps into my 80amp esc in my Freewing F86 80mm. The other batteries I have are 45c and will only output 60 amps. That is a 10 percent increase in power and at my altitude, 6000 feet, it's important. Good product.”
