“My Admiral Pro 4000mah 6 cell battery was delayed during shipment and when it arrived the carton was crushed on one end. I opened the box and found the battery had crushing damaged on the end with both plugs. I immediately called the Motion RC customer service phone number and spoke with Ozzy who was very helpful, requesting a few photos and then placing a reorder for my battery and then, the shipment arrived at my home in three days undamaged. The battery works great in my Jas-39 Gripen. Ozzy and Motion RC you are the best!!!”
