“This retract nose gear unit is okay but the casing is is weak and will crack if your landing isn't spot on smooth especially if you're flying off a paved runway. Otherwise it works fine.”

“I grew up with Cats in n.Call when they were doing fires in the 60's and 70's,,,love em,,,,,flightline has done an exceptionally good job ,,,got a little of on my approach and clipped a tree on final,,,slammed hard into mother earth,,,only damage was sheared nose gear shaft,1Canon barrel and minor scuffs,,,amazing considering the impact,,have video ,,,good times,happy days,,,,,,just wish an American made em!!”

“This is in General a good product but the casing is a little week, I ran off the runway into rougher ground on landing and the casing cracked. I am running a Phantom 8S With two 4S 6000Mah batteries at the top of the weight range. I am also running wheel brakes etc so it’s carrying some momentum, even so it is a weakness. Other than that the unit works excellently”
