Due to the design of assembly, it is not easy to remove a damaged fuselage without replacing the wing and tail plane, as they are bonded together. So lots of time consuming work, but not impossible.

Keep in mind that to remove wings and stabs from damaged fuselage, the foam to foam glue joints can be hard to locate and separate without damage to just the trash fuselage. Especially tricky to move the motor, ESC and wiring into place as the new internals of fuselage are firmly glued in place. Lastly, suggest you do not start teardown until you have new fuselage in hand to develop a plan of action
