“The jet looks great and flies well and is fast. Paint will rub off so coat it with two coats of water based polyurethane from Minwax. Lost canopy on first flight. Check to see if the plastic piece on the back of the canopy is high enough for the pin latch to work. I love flying her.”

“Pros: Shipping was fast, ahead of scheduleGreat flying plane, even after rough landings & minor repairsLooks great initially Con: Poor execution on paint adhesion (too thick), to the point of mechanical failure: Just handling the plane's edges gently when new will cause paint to come off on your hands, and even just full throttle operation blasted the paint off the fan outlets. Both quite the eye sore on a dark plane. Worse yet, the vertical stab needs to be glued in place over the paint, which will eventually fail and loosen the stab. Fortunately I caught it on the ground, but you're best bet is to scrape off the paint before (hot) gluing.”

“Flys great, great motor sound, good speed. Worst paint job I've ever seen on any aircraft. Paint peeling, decals loose because the paint underneath peeled away. NO where as good as the paint on the discontinued Red Yak 30.”

“I have most the Freewing EDF including the Mig 29 and this little jet can hold it own against them all .It is vert stable and a fast little jet .It fly like it is on rails ,easy to land and not that expensive .So why would you not buy this great EDF”

“Awesome flying jet. Lands slow with full flaps. My maiden ended with issues. One of the main gear Bent slightly to the side on takeoff causing it to stick in the up position. My first landing was on front wheel and only one main. Great looking jet now has damage to the nose and wing. I fly off rolled dirt runway. Suggest replacing the flimsy main gear before flight.”

“I've had a few of these, but i have since moved up to larger craft. this one i bought for a club member to be presented at a club event. because it remains a great stable flyer at speed and slowed down to 1/3 throttle. a great introduction to EDF flying.”
