“When you glue the tail section to this main fuselage, be sure to remove all old glue if you are reusing the tail section. Otherwise it may separate at the bottom giving you upthrust. I would like Freewing to make a separate nose section just like they did with the tail section. I'm guessing about 99% of the time, only the nose section gets damaged in a mishap. Replacing only the damaged portion of the nose would cost so much less, and be so much easier and quicker for us. Make a section that starts just forward of the intakes. Make 2 slots in the bottom and 2 slots in the top for alignment with the main fuselage and include 4 wooden or plastic pieces with the part. Include paper templates to place on the main fuselage to cut corresponding slots there. I only gave 1 star for ease of assembly of the product. Why? Because it could be so much easier if you were only replacing the damaged part, i.e. the nose section. Value only got 1 star because it doesn't have to be so expensive if FW made and sold the most commonly piece to be broken, the nose section.”
“Fuselage itself was ok but somewhat cosmetically damaged due to poor packaging from Motion. Box was flimsy and some areas were crushed. (Nothing compared to the quality of packaging of the original complete arf.) Spent about 3 hours restoring the fuselage to “showroom†condition. Also, not all parts shown in the photo on Motion's website were actually delivered in the box. Additionally, that single photo is not adequate to define what is not included. This was relayed to the customer service agent and he said they would try to get another picture for the ad. This was my first disappointment from Motion.”
