“I decided to enter a local scale contest but their field is a bit too small for anything in my fleet. I checked out the MotionRC site to see what was available and ordered the plane on Wednesday. It was delivered Friday. That night I assembled the plane. I maidened it Saturday morning at 7am, entered the contest at 8am, and took 1st Place.The Freewing L-39 looks great and flies even better. “Well made with a spar, kind of an I-Beam across the entire length of the wing inside. VERY STRONG Wing Construction. Love the color scheme and it flies GREAT, just don't crash it like I did. But, I Liked it enough to order another. Beautiful Jet. One of the Best made jets to date. Flies like a sport jet. Very Stable.”

Detail goes beyond anything you would expect. Quality of build and performance is 1st class. “1) quality A+ above cost expectations 2) overall foam / paint - most superior in its class, difficult to see any foam cores.3) ease of assembly A+ - it’s like assembling a easy puzzle, perfect matching parts 4) parts - function - not flown yet but on the ground testing 100% as stated.5) only negative on all Freewing is the lipo Velcro belt, considering its a 6 cell plane I find the small belts ineffective for the weight of the lipo. So on all my Freewing planes I add two belts in total much stronger then stock set up.No big deal just a small modification ,”
