Had a land out and the fuselage broke in half, no big deal though just ordered a replacement, extremely easy to swap out and now as good as new. Thanks Motion RC for stocking all replacement parts at reasonable cost, and of course excellent customer service.

First one arrived dinged up. Motion was nice enough to send another one. This one was perfect!

I have been flying the Freewing T-33 Shooting Star 80mm EDF for several months now with great success. Over the course of time, I have had a few bumps and bruises now and again, which caused me to order various replacement parts to support my Red Knight T-33. One afternoon while flying my T-33, I was approached by a gentleman who was a retired Naval Flight Officer. He said my model reminded him of the first jet he flew when he was in the Navy called the T-1. I remember Lockheed originally built the the T-33 for the USAF, but the company had also built a naval version called the Sea Star. The early versions were designated TV-2s and were basically T-33s. Lockheed later redesigned the T-33 for Navy carrier operations to produce the T2VA Sea Star. After I returned home, I took stock of all the spare parts I had accumulated to support my Red Knight and realized, Hey. There's a T-33 in the corner of my workshop. All the parts were ordered individually at various times over the course of months as spares or replacements for parts dinged or damaged beyond repair or I simply wanted a new clean part. All the Freewing replacement parts fit and assembled without any difficulty. I created a complete model from all the stock ordered parts as if it were an out of the box PNP or ARF kit.Successful maiden test flight performed on 2 January 2021. The model performed exactly like my original Red Knight T-33. A random chance conversation with a retired gentleman inspired the creation of this early version Marine TV-2 from those spare parts. Freewing's products are top notch and MotionRC has provided me with continued excellent customer care.

The transfer of parts was pretty quick. Great quality too. It can sure make a crashed jet look new again for a little investment.

Item came as advertised without damage. One decal was missing. Installing the nose gear system was moderately difficult given the components I had to take off the discarded fuselage.
