“I fly my Vulcan on a 4s 3300mah 60c pack, and it flies just fine. The servo lead combining board was a little finicky at first, but it will work if you try enough plug sequencing combinations. This jet flies just fine at 25 percent power at 5280 feet above sea level, and is quite agile. It is well worth your money.”

“I love the way this plane handles and flies in the air. I put in a lot of expo for the control surfaces as both ailerons and elevator at recommended throws are a bit twitchy. One of the main gear retracts quit working on about the 15th flight. I had to belly land the plane which caused a bit of road rash. A friend used to have the 6S version of this plane gave me his landing gear. Don't ask why this plane is now a doner plane. I installed the gear which has suspension and it has worked well ever since. I painted the top of the fuselage and the bottom of the wings and horizontal stabilizer bright yellow so it is easier to see. I would have had all Very Good ratings except for the problem with the one retract.”

“I wanted the 6S but it was out of stock so bought this one and replaced the EDF and ESC with a xfly 6S setup. Take off from grass was a bit challenging, I think a longer nose gear will help, but in the air it is great, nimble and quick. Not as precise as an Avanti or Viper jet but loads of fun! The wire gear and simple servos are no problem. Highly recommended!”
