Nice plane for a foamie. Easy to finish and fly

Went together fairly easily. Rudders appeared to be plugged in backwards, so I called tech. support. Corrected the issue and finished the build. Ailerons were responding backwards once I bound it to the radio. Had to remove the wing cover because the ailerons were plugged in wrong as well. Navigation light on left wing doesn't work, so I have to remove the wing cover again to check that. Planning to try a maiden in 2 weeks if the weather cooperates.

My husband has been talking about this plane for years but has never mentioned buying it for himself. This plane is his unicorn! When he opened it that he was stunned, shocked, amazed and speechless. He even loved the box! Not to mention we received it in no time. Thank you Motionrc for making my husband the happiest man this birthday!

They look nice on the plane but add a great deal of air resistence. I may add magnets to hold the set on (instead of the screws) so I can quickly remove them for flight.. The fins on half the missles were badly out of alignment, though this isn't as noticable when they are mounted.

The missiles look good and are very lightweight. The fins are bent on some of the missiles but nothing a little gentle being couldn't fix (and you can't tell when it's in the air anyway). It's got a quick-release mechanism that's nice for transport. One of the mechanisms is backwards on one of the Phoenix mounts so I will have to carefully reverse it.
