“This jet flys very well. I put the 8s 12 blade power system out of my wrecked freewing F22 raptor in it. This plane has much more power than the raptor. The landing gear has a nice wide stance and handles on grass runways well. I have not flown it with the drop tanks and ordnance installed. Without them it is 120+ MPH plane much faster in a dive. It has excellent vertical climb, sharp rolls. Landings and takeoffs are a breeze with or without flaps. A few setup recommendations: If you are like me and not using a gyro you will probably want to use the suggested low rates as your high rates and cut your low rates to 2/3 of the suggested low rates. You will also want to remove the landing gear and add loctite to ALL of the set screws and tighten them. I forgot this important step and lost the landing strut and wheel during the taxi portion prior to my second flight. lucky for me I noticed it was not driving right before the plane got airborne. When I picked up the plane to see what was wrong the left main gear fell out. I am running two thunder power 4S 5000mAh 55C packs all of the way back in the battery compartment. The CG is about 7in back from the leaning edge which is 1/2 inch foreword of the recommended location. It flys like it is on rails throughout its speed range so I do not feel the need to add excess tail weight to it. I sealed the water slide decals with gloss acrylic lacquer which I applied to the plane before adding decals as well as after. If you don’t like gloss you can apply a satin clear coat. Micromark sells a testers decal setting solution set if you have an airbrush.”

“Got this ARF to replace my original first round preorder 8s version I recently crashed. Fit and finish is great, maybe better than the original. The 8s F4 is hands down my favorite. Twin 80mm A10 and Mig29 are tied for second, to be honest I love them all! The SEA camo is done really well and looks great.”
