“Love the aeroplane and the finish, but found some aspects should be addressed. 1/ the air intakes have plastic reinforcing on three sides, - needed to add my own to the fourth side.2/ ESC has a default setting voltage cut off at 3 volts. (I lost a Swiss Venom with a premature cut off) . Needs to be disabled, but the programming lead is to short. see picture.3/ advised the suspension is to hard, Need to shorten the springs.Luckily there are several F22 owners at my club so an able to get good advise,”

“It looks great out of the box, Foam airplanes have come a long way’s. I would have liked to see more, protection of the leading edges . I know there is the 80mm, but I wanted the larger one. Ok now that I got the size out of the way. The assembly is so fast and easy. I will upgrade the retracts and struts in the future and add lights and a few more upgrades as for the radio system I will be using the flysky PL18. This a great model! P s over the years I have come to expect great quality from freewing and motion you did not disappoint. Thank you.”

“F22 flies well after getting the CG right. However, control throws must be set low to avoid over compensation when climbing or banking. Also due to color, it’s hard to see in the air, hence forth the title of review. Lastly, Freewing must improve durability of nose gear. Plastic parts should be constructed if metal to survive harsh landings. A gyro should be used.”

“So overall this was my entire experience ordering this jet so let's be clear the aircraft itself is phenomenal so the points taken away are not directed at the jet itself more at the overall process of this order so I placed my order online as usual received my confirmation from motion that they got more order and it should be on its way soon the next day I received an email asking for a copy of my ID for verification no problem unstable so I sent motion verification of my ID I don't hear back for the rest of the day I responded to motion at 10 am with there request for ID the following day I receive another email saying thst my ID doesn't match my billing address so we need more verification so motion had me send them another form of verification which was a frontier bill at this point I'm starting to think do they not want my money but me wanting my jet I sent them that information as well again I replied within a couple hours of them asking for that information me providing it and again crickets for the rest of the day so by now I'm pretty discouraged either way the next day comes around and and the end of the day everything "checks out" and motion can now ship my package so from the point I ordered the jet it took 5 extra days of verification before they even agreed to ship it today my jet has made the long journey from Grayslake Illinois to fedex San Bernardino hub in California it left from there to rialto California and as of now has gone missing according to fedex tracking so overall the buying experience was delayed on motion rc part with the excessive verification and now fedex loosing the package I'll be surprised if it ever shows up will I buy from motion again probably but overall this particular experience was not so good i just think there could be more efficient ways of verifying identity on motions part and fedex I mean not surprised there”

“Product has good detail and is easy to assemble. The only problem is that it shipped with 2 port side horizontal stabilizers from the factory. I will be reaching out to Motion RC to have them correct the issue.”

“This jet is very capable good speed and power on stock motor, and when flown in high wind is only time i experience any issue. It will easily become the favorite of any pilot. Ive already got 2 from motion rc.”
