“This purchase was fine, but the fact that I had to purchase these because they were missing from my kit was disappointing. I got The airliner from you guys last April, and it was missing all of the linkages from the package. I tried to file a claim with you guys last year made phone calls sent email requests sent pictures like I was asked, and got nowhere with you guys. A medical situation took over my life for the last year and I'm finally in a position to fly it and I didn't want to deal with the hassle so I paid for them. I will say that this experience was good but like I said I should not have had to pay for something that you failed to put in the aircraft box to begin with and failed to follow through on making it right. I have purchased two aircraft from you and both of them had missing parts and neither time was made right.”
