“Overall the AL37 flies well, it will roll, loop (need to fly it all the way around) and fly inverted (lots of down elevator). It flies very scale with a good rate of climb (not 3D). With a small tapered wing you think tip stall - not bad, gear down, flaps down, low power and pull back - the wings will rock but can be recovered. This is a Jet, keep the speed up and carry a little power on landing.I set mine up like the manual, CG and throws right on. Aileron trim required right, about 1/2 trim tab travel. I have seen YouTube videos where their maiden flight dipped the left wing on takeoff, wondered if they needed right aileron trim too.The one and only battery (6S 5000mah, 5 min reduced throttle) powers both 70mm fans and a UBEC that feeds the receiver, retracts, lights and 10 servos. Keep in mind that as a Lipo battery starts to show its age its capacity and maximum discharge rate diminishes. With the high discharge of 2 fans you may notice the fans oscillating at full throttle, this is a sign of to low “C” rating or aging battery. These voltage fluctuations may not allow the UBEC to do its job and you could lose the airplane. I saw another YouTube video where the airplane flew into the ground a couple minutes into the flight, they thought battery? I added a 2nd battery, 4 cell NiMh 1650mah for the receiver. The UBEC has isolation, no diodes need for redundant power. I simply plug the NiMh battery into an unused receiver port and the UBEC is plugged into the receivers battery port. When I fly, I plug in the NiMh battery (aileron extension cord from receiver, no switch harness) then the Lipo battery. If I need to operate just the radio, cycle the retracts etc. I just plug in the NiMh battery and don’t have to look for a Lipo.The basic color of this airplane is white and will disappear with a light overcast, blue sky or a dark overcast, visibility is fine.A lot of airplane for the money, fun to fly, it does like to roll and roll on landings - maybe reverse thrust?Enjoy yours!”

“I unfortunately waited for about 1 year to finally get the opportunity to purchase this jet. Excellent care and consideration in the way they packaged this shipment. I almost didn't want to take it out the box. This is the largest jet I ever owned and it brings me so much joy to see it everyday. The added smart board is a blessing to have since it reduced the amount of wires and channels your receiver required. This board also offers more then what is stock on the jet. The comments and review I read were right. The bigger the jet the smoother it flies. If you love this hobby, you have to have this jet in your hanger.”
