“Had an old Avanti that I finally buried after lots of airborne torture and decided to get the new Zeus as a replacement. Overall this is a very good flyer but the gear doors are cheap and the nose door assembly was even worse. One wonky grass landing and the nose gear doors were shot and parts were missing and the retract struts needed re-bending to retract correctly. I have had dozens of awful landing with the Avanti and never had problems but the Zeus seems to have used much cheaper gear/strut components.”

“The design is nothing new since I have flown various jets whether edf or turbine similar to the shape of the Zeus. The stinger 90 design is still paramount over the Zeus in my opinion Pros and cons Pros: super easy click on wings and quick buildFast speeds and quiet motor Nimble and carves through the sky Cons : high price point compared to other edf jets with more extras Weak main landing gear struts (perhaps designed to fail to make more $$ on parts?)The ribbon cable must have been eliminated a while back and include the quick mount connects”

“Excellent quality, easy assembly, the wing attachment is great but it will fit in my vehicle without taken them off so I'll leave the wings on. Flying this jet is the best part, absolutely fantastic. it's plenty fast on 6s but on 8s I'm sure it would be awesome. I installed a Hobby Eagle gyro which I use in all of my planes and flew it in 15 mph winds no problem at all. I've owned or still currently fly several Freewing jets and this one is the best yet. I did paint the fuselage yellow where it is white for better visibility. Otherwise I'm very pleased with this model.”
