“As normal with Freewing this plane is a great representation of the real plane. The attention to detail is wonderful. The plane when bugs are worked out flies very well. Here are a few tips that personally I experience.1. The battery compartment is very small for a 8s configuration. Two 5000 4s batteries of normal size barley fit, and when install may cause interferance with the canard mechanisms. Note: If batteries expand during flight will inhibit the canards.2. CG as marked on the plane are improper in my estimation. Normally a low wing plane you flip the plane on it’s back side and then take the CG. But, this is not the case with this plane. I found I added weight to the aft end due to this and the plane was totally tail heavy. After adjusting for the upright configuration and doing the CG check the plane with the batteries in normal position balanced properly and flew with ease. This is my recommendation and may very with each individual .”

“I GOT THIS AS AN ANNIVERSARY GIFT AND HAVE NOT HAD A CHANCE TO UNBOX IT YET. WHEN I SAW THE 2 BROTHERS VIDEO ON THE J-10 I KNEW I HAD TO HAVE IT BECAUSE IT IS VERY FAST AND MANEUVERABLE AND LOOKS LIKE A LOT OF FUN.”

“I’ve flown a three times all with ordinance. I’m not sure the CG is correct. It seemed to fly no heavy. I’m going to remove the ordinance and see how it flies a little bit more tail heavy. My maiden flights can be seen On YouTube under Jet Guy Productions. The fit and finishes very nice, the LEDs are very bright. It probably would’ve been a little bit nicer. If all the stickers were on the model. At that price point, you would think less than a dozen stickers could’ve been placed on the model in the factory. at this point, I would say it’s an 8.8 out of 10, I expect that will go up after a few more flights. Woo”

“The scale features are great, the EDF has enough power.Negative issues: the RC setup uses canards also for roll control, which is not scale and flying wise bad since it makes the aircraft to duck under in turns. Canards ONLY for pitch control.The biggest negative point is the nose landing gear: the arresting strut does not handle gras landings very well, it gets loose after a few landings. Additionally, my nose gear did not retract completely after a few flights, i checked everything, no obstruction etc. and finally ordered a complete new unit, installed it and guesswhat? It did exactly the same, not retracting completely..! Freewing can do definitely better. I am disappointed.”
