“Love my new Hawker a sea Fury from Flightline, but the spinner was a disappointment. It’s almost perfect, but the defect overwhelms the good. Luckily I bought a spare with the plane so I could get one prop/spinner out of the two. The defect? The attachment screws. First off, they REALLY need washers. Without washers, the heads of the screws can sometimes enter the attachment holes! But even worse, the screws themselves are cheap junk. Had 4 of the first 8 break off just below the head when still 1/16 inch away from tightening anything. By lubing each screw with soap, I was able to get them replaced with screws from the other prop/spinner set. The screws need to be higher quality with a small washer and this is a perfect prop/spinner set!”

“This spinner was substantially out of balance and causing a lot of vibration at the nose if my new Sea Fury. I tried 2 other new spinners and they had the same problem. Very heavy on one side. I used a Dubro prop balancer and applied Velcro and hot glue inside the spinner to solve the problem.”
