“The landing gear itself is OK. The issue is that the spring that goes between left and right door (for the same wheel) gets caught on the thinner part of strut and can not move forward like i does for stock gear. When that happens the spring has too much tension, and that extra tension (compared to stock gear) squeezes the tire to much and gear motor does not have enough power to pull the tire from the doors that are hugging the tire. You might be lucky and the spring may be oriented toward front of the airplane and then it will not catch the thinner part of strut, but instead it will touch the thicker portion of the strut, thus not creating extra tension, and the gear motor will have enough power to pull the tire from the doors that are hugging the tire. The solution is to make sure the spring is oriented toward front of your airplane by using rubber band, or whatever works for you.”
