“I recently purchased new prop hubs for my Flightline Tigercat. I actually “dodged a bullet” as on my last attempted flight while checking flight controls gear, and motors, something didn’t sound quite right on one of them as they spun down. Turns out, the plastic inside the hub had broken off somehow, and if I hadn’t caught that before trying to fly it, the prop would probably have departed the aircraft, and it would have crashed. From now on, for me I’ll do a full power run up before each flight. The other annoying thing I’ve found is the poor quality of the hardware to assemble the props onto the hubs. It is easy to strip out the heads of the screws due to the metal being of poor quality.With that being said, I still enjoy flying this plane and find it a very good flyer.”
