It was flying nice then I tried to raise the gear, it did not come up tried again, then the plane went nose down and crashed on its back! After I came home from the flying field I plugged the batteries back in and the elevator servo would not move? Full down. Un plugged the batteries and plugged them back in the elevator servo worked as it should? Not happy with the tremendous bundles of wires not sure what happened to the servo on the elevator. It was working fine after and during the build.Buyer beware!

I bought the Flightline OV-10 because I’ve always wanted a twin engine and because the details were outstanding. Lights, guns, rockets, spring suspension all are impressive. Well looks aren’t everything as I found out when flying. I quickly learned on the maiden flight that the aircraft was severely under powered!!! I took extra caution on subsequent flights to keep a high altitude and to not push extreme banks, turns, or climbs. Straight and level flight with gentle turns and all was ok. On my 12th flight I got a bit over aggressive and turned too hard and too low. That move cost me, as the plane stalled and entered a flat spin which was unrecoverable in the altitude I had available. BOTTOM LINE this OV-10 is WAY UNDERPOWERED!!! I recommend FL engineer/put in a higher performing engine for this bird or drop its overall weight significantly. Until then pilots beware she’s an overweight flying pig. Pretty on the shelf but not in the air.

I still love this plane. I just ordered my second one cause my friend crashed my first one. He made an approach, too slow, then turned to fly back out but the plane tip stalled and cartwheeled in. This plane has great scale looks, the best looking foam bronco I've ever seen. Still, the plane is a little heavy and the wing loading is a little high. Power is also adequate but could be better. It is because of those things that this plane is prone to tip stall. I almost lost my first one because of this. You must keep the power up. Be careful on a turning approach to land. You'll be fine if you keep the power up. And, ooh, that blue box. Not sure it is worth the hassle to save a couple channels in your radio. And why the five second delay before the gear comes up on down. But, this is still the best foamy Bronco out there. Just be careful when you fly slow.
