“I bought an extra nose gear door for scale modification for my particular airplane. Some B-25s in WWII were converted to low- level strafer-bombers that massed machine guns and in some cases a cannon in the nose. These guns emitted a lot of gun gases in the nose when they fired. A Venturi tube installed and mounted on the bottom of the nose and nose gear door was installed to help suck these noxious fumes out of the cabin and out of the airplane. I needed this xtra door to make my changes and it worked out well.”
