“Maiden flight began beautifully. But then I tried a roll to the right. Beautiful - at first - but the model continued to drop the right wing. Struggled to regain control holding bags of left aileron and some left rudder at times. Finally tried to return for a landing. As it slowed, it dropped the right wing to nearly knife edge. Full left on aileron & rudder barely saved it, then I tried to set it down before I totally lost it. Handling was just too wild, it set down hard and broke the landing gear and both wing roots. I was alone and have no video. Motion RC deneyed my claim saying I had not proved any fault in the model before the crash. The pieces are now back in the box.”

“The only flaw I see in mine is the rutter on the left side with that line where it’s put together. other than that it’s good looking. Hope it flies better than my FMS 1700 Mustang what I’m hoping for so I can fly more often going to repaint later, but I love the options. Waiting for the drop bomb actuators to come in stock.”

“First off,this model is absolutely beautiful.From the engineering design to the paint and finish.What stands out the most is the quality of the landing gear with first time rebound dampening struts and soft tires.No bounce on this gear.I had some Qc issues with mine...not Motions fault at all.Thays why i didnt give a perfect score.Best foam mustang available....bar none.”

“Can’t say enough except this is hands down the best large scale P-51 on the market. The ease of build and the finish is second to none. I’ve flown the competition and I can say the motion version takes all of the negative of that bird away. Easy to takeoff and land and flies absolutely amazing! I highly recommend this bird!”
