“When I saw the package on my porch I couldn’t believe it. It was crushed on three sides with the big red label fragile handle with care on top. I contacted motion and they said they sent me another one and to return that one. The replacement showed up three days later before I even took the damage one back to the delivery company. Exceptionally quick service. But that’s not a surprise anymore from motion.”

“I couldn’t believe my package when I saw it on the porch. The box was half smashed even though there was a big red label that said fragile.. Apparently the delivery people had trouble with the English language. I contacted Motion and sent some pics and 3 days later had new fuselage on the porch. I hadn’t even got to the Shipper to send damaged one back. Really good customer service. Might wanna check some other shippers. Anyway everything good on replacement.You really can’t beat Motions customer service. But, I’d still like to talk to a person every once in a while.”

“Everything is good except for the the plastic housing that is used to attache the elevator section. There are two vertical plastic plates, each with two holes for screws that are used to attach the elevator section to the fuselage. Those two plates were loose, so the whole elevator section could be moved back and forth (rotated along horizontal plane).”
